Tenant Selection is key to worry free management services. We do extensive background checks, credit checks and adequate screening before presenting a tenant to our clients. With years of experience in this industry, we have come to realize the importance in a great investor/owner and tenant relationship. Therefore we are consistent in our commitment to you the investor/owner and your customer/tenant.
Move In/Move Out
We shall organize all key handovers, tenant packages, and cleaning of the unit (if necessary). We assure the tenant's move in/move out is as smooth as possible.
Renewals
Should your tenant decide to renew their lease agreement, we will provide them with all the necessary paperwork. We shall collect all post dated cheques on your behalf. *We do not charge you any Finder Fees for Renewals*
Regular Follow Up with Tenants
We follow up with tenants, to ensure there are no problems associated with the unit, no abandonment, etc.
