One thing I enjoy I do before selecting a movie to watch in the theatre or buying a book to read is to read the most recent reviews. As I go through the review pages of newspaper I couldn't help but notice how all movies are rated #1 and how all novels are best Sellers. Obviously each person's individual experience after having seen the movie or read the book may change. However, the cost of seeing an awful movie or reading a badly written book is a maximum of $15-20?
In the same light, we see Realtor ads state that they are #1 in 2009, Team #1 in the G.T.A. or Team #1 in volume of sales etc., however the only problem is that the experience of that may be a very costly one, unlike a movie or a book. Choose your agent to represent you on the sale or purchase of your home wisely, spend the time to interview them, ask to speak with past clients for their experience, ask them how many transactions they do in a year and ask them if they work on a team. These are just a few of the questions you should ask..Choosing a Realtor doesn't have a trailer or book summary attached to it unless you ask for it!
