Charlotte Lofts was completed in 2001. This building only has 63 suites. There's retail space on the main floor and the building has a glass exterior, though one side of the building is concrete blocks from the floor all the way to the top. The building also has some lofts between the 3rd and 7th floor. Ceiling heights are between 9 feet and 17 feet!. The inside of the suites have crisp edges, modern kitchens, and a lot of natural light - thanks to the massive windows in the suites.
