The 60-story Trump International Hotel & Tower will be 282 metres (925 feet) tall. The exterior will consist of a steel, glass, and stone facade. The building will include 260 luxury hotel rooms and 109 condominiums. The top two floors will include an 18,000 square foot (1,700 m²) spa. It is being built by Zeidler Roberts Partnership. When completed, the Trump Tower will be the tallest residential building in Canada.
